Attached are the results after the February 7th tournament at Lake Cypress Springs. Some very cold rain,

and a lot of it the week before the tournament led to over 18 inches of new, cold water on the lake. Surface

temps ranged from 42 to 47 degrees, with the warmest water being on the main lake and closer to the dam.

Air temps started the day in the mid 20s and got up into the mid 40s at the warmest. A total of 10 fish were

weighed in for a total of 33.15 pounds, a 3.32 lb average. First place went to Steve Kralik (again) and ringer

partner Jonathan Fisk with an impressive 5 fish, 13.77 pound stringer. (to put it in perspective, that's half the

total fish weighed in). In second place was the team of Martin Kralik & John Duhon with a 2 fish, 13.55 pound

sack that made Steve and Jonathan sweat up to the last. Third place went to Mike Millender and Tim Hall,

with a 1 fish 2.30 pound stringer. Big Bass of the event went to Martin "Crankbait" Kralik with a cool 7.48

pound hawg. This big bass bumped Ed Bossle from the Big Bass of the Year throne, setting the bar considerably

higher for the rest of the year. Welcome to new member Ron Weedin and guests Dave Jones and Jason Hill.

Sorry you guys picked some fantastic conditions to fish with us for the first time! It only gets better from here!
