RODBENDERS September 2004 NEWSLETTER
|
Attached are the results after the September 4th paper tournament at good ole Lake Fork. Some morning clouds contributed to some aggressive bites for some competitors, but others struggled to bring in a sack of weighers. Come to the next meeting to hear what the winners caught their fish on. Sixteen anglers showed up to fish the last event of the year. A spot in the classic was at stake, and Tim Hall had a clutch performance to squeak into the top ten by 3 points! A total of 31 fish were weighed in at a total of 71.78 pounds, a 2.32 lb average. First place went to Tim Hall with a 5 fish limit weighing 15.36 pounds. Martik Kralik showed up in second with another 5 fish limit at 14.50 pounds. Tony South took 3rd place and big bass with his 8.50 pound hawg! Fourth place was John Eddy with a 4 fish, 7.96 pound sack. Fifth place went to Chad Waters, with 4 fish at 6.95 pounds. In sixth place was Mike Millender with a 4 fish 5.83 pound stringer. After a long and competitive season, it looks like Martin has won another Angler of the Year title! Congratulations on smoking the field again. The scramble is on at the 10th place area to see which guys will qualify for the Classic in October! |
